Community Mental Health Services

Care Provisions Australia provides clinical and non-clinical services to participants with a decline in function due to mental illness. These are provided by mental health workers, social workers, support workers, drug and alcohol workers, all in collaboration with your psychiatrist and general practitioner. In addition to managing clinical needs, we provide home care, social activities and peer support. Our wide range of support services are designed to assist you take steps towards recovery.

Care Provisions Australia take a recovery based approach to mental illness which includes promoting your participation in decision made about your life thus taking control of your life whilst balancing risks. Ultimately this will reduce isolation and empower you with skills once known along with learning new ones.

Community outreach service: a qualified mental health professional can visit you in your home to monitor and assist with your mental health needs.

All our services are delivered using a case-management model, and we work in partnership with you to ensure our services are not stigmatising, traumatising or forceful.
