Participants with forensic history, often suffering from one or more disorders are often  transient between specialist services and without a dedicated supportive service.

Care Provisions can  step in to

• Implementation of behaviour support strategies
• Services are available in your own home or in a purpose-built house.
• Improve quality of life for everyone in the family.
• We aim to reduce reoffending and assist in the transition back into the community.
• work with you to understand your NDIS plan, and to develop, monitor and review recovery plan goals. 
• provide coaching to you and work collaboratively with your family, carers, providers and other supports to connect you to a range of services.
• work with you to build strong, respectful relationships.
• assist you to take more control of your life and to better manage the complex challenges of day-to-day living.
• facilitate supports if you are struggling to obtain supports due to concurrent offending behaviors  or alcohol or drug abuse.

Successful reintegration into society after prison can reduce the likelihood of reoffending and ensure they remain engaged with the community.

We offer programs that are participant-focused and includes specialist support for participants  with disabilities.
