• All staff employed by Care Provisions Australia are required to undergo assessment and background checks to verify the authenticity of their relevant education and training credentials, and experience.

• Care Provisions Australia provides staff with ongoing training and development opportunities to help maintain knowledge of the latest practices in disability support services.
• Care Provisions Australia uses participant feedback to help improve our services. Please feel free to provide us with any feedback you may have. This will help us enhance our practices for all our participants.

• Care Provisions Australia is committed to maintaining participant privacy and confidentiality of participant information. Care Provisions ensures that all participant personal details are handled securely and with the utmost care to prevent any breaches or mismanagement of confidential details.
